A pinched nerve—clinically called radiculopathy—occurs when spinal nerves are compressed by discs, joints, or inflammation. This often causes radiating pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness in the arms or legs.
• Neck or back pain with arm or leg symptoms
• Tingling or “pins and needles”
• Muscle weakness
• Pain that worsens with certain movements
Spinal decompression gently separates spinal segments, which may:
• Reduce nerve root compression
• Improve spinal alignment and motion
• Decrease pain without surgery
Pinched nerve symptoms do not always require surgery. Many patients experience meaningful relief with targeted, non-invasive treatment.
